CHAPTER 10 - TAKE HIM DOWN
"Do you know him, Young Master Yang?" Yang Qing whispered, clearly sensing the strained atmosphere among the three. He already regretted agreeing to help Wang Lin at Yu Guangwei's request.
"Haha, know him? Of course, I do!" Yang Yang laughed heartily. "I just never expected to run into him here."
"Small world, isn't it?"
"Indeed, it's a small world," Wang Lin said impassively. "You had people break my ribs last time. Today seems like a good day to settle that score."
Wang Lin's words made Yang Qing sweat bullets. He never anticipated that doing a small favor could land him in such deep trouble.

Yang Qing sternly said, "Wang Lin, how dare you speak to Young Master Yang that way? Kneel and apologize now, and I'll plead on your behalf."
"Crossing Young Master Yang is not something anyone can protect you from!"
"Do you know him well?" Yang Yang turned towards Yang Qing, a playful look in his eyes.

"Get out, Wang Lin! You're not welcome at our company," Yang Qing said as he attempted to pull Wang Lin away but found himself unable to move him.
"Go back to your work; you have no business here," Yang Yang spoke coldly.

He then slapped himself three times, aware that if Yang Yang chose not to punish him now, he'd face severe consequences later.

"Don't worry, I won't hold this against you," Yang Yang said with a cold smile. "I should thank you for bringing him here. You can go back to work now."
Though uncertain if Yang Yang was sincere, Yang Qing didn't dare question him further and returned to his office anxiously.
"Didn't learn your lesson after I broke your ribs last time?"
"And you still dare to show up before me," Yang Yang sneered at Wang Lin. "Did I go too easy on you last time?"
"This time, I'll make sure you're—"
Smack!
Before Yang Yang could finish, a crisp sound echoed through the room. Wang Lin had slapped Yang Yang across the face.
"How dare you hit me?" Yang Yang, dazed by the slap, shouted incredulously, "You dared to hit me?"
"Wang Lin, you're finished for hitting Young Master Yang!"
Qin Xue was also stunned; she never expected Wang Lin, who had always been submissive, to strike someone.

Wang Lin had put up with Qin Xue for long enough. He slapped her across the face three times, back and forth. "You wretch! Do you think the Yang family can rule the world unopposed?"

"Uncle Wei, break both of this punk's legs. I want him bedridden for life!" Yang Yang gritted his teeth. When had he ever been humiliated like this?
