"Kid, even Owen, with his top-notch medical equipment, couldn't diagnose the condition. You're saying you could figure it out just by looking?" Zhao Guowu scoffed in disbelief.

He had brought Owen hoping to split the billion-dollar reward; two hundred million would be a significant sum he could obtain without lifting a finger.

"Exactly. You're just a young upstart. How could you possibly be better than Owen?" Li Yunlin chimed in, turning to Hong Shiwen to add,

"Mr. Hong, it might be best to send your grandson to a foreign country for treatment. Could this kid be more capable than a whole team of experts?"

"Why don't we at least hear what Mr. Wang says?" Hong Shiwen finally spoke.

He had felt at ease since Wang Lin said he had a way to treat the condition. Hong knew better than anyone the miraculous effects of Wang Lin's previous treatment on him, which had reversed years of aging.

Although he didn't vocalize it, Hong trusted Wang Lin's medical skills. More importantly, he wasn't fond of Western medicine, so he naturally dismissed the suggestions to send his grandson abroad for treatment.

"If Mr. Hong doesn't trust us, then fine, we'll leave now," Owen said coldly, taking a few steps toward the door.

"I just hope you won't regret this later." Owen and his colleague hesitated at the door, glancing back for a sign from Zhao Guowu to persuade them to stay.

Seeing their hesitation, Zhao Guowu quickly stepped in front of them.

"Don't be upset, Owen. Why not stick around to see what the kid can do? If he fails, Mr. Hong will likely choose your team anyway."

"Ha, if you insist on us staying, then we'll stay and see what this young man has up his sleeve," Owen said, retracing his steps back into the room.

Wang Lin watched the trio's theatrics silently and finally spoke,

"Whether or not I'm making an empty boast, you'll find out soon enough. Mr. Hong, could you please have someone prepare a set of silver needles and a bowl of hot water for me?"

Upon hearing this, Hong Ying said,

"Master, I'll go prepare them right away," and scampered out of the room.

"Master?" Hong Lin looked puzzled. "Ying has taken you as her master?"

"That's right. She shows promise, and training in martial arts under my guidance is the best choice for her," Wang Lin said calmly.

At this point, Mok burst into laughter.

"The great Doctor Wang also knows martial arts?"

"A little. Enough to deal with small fry," Wang Lin said. He could tell Mok was a martial artist and a more skilled one than others he'd encountered.

'To him, though, it's like comparing ants; Mok is just a slightly stronger ant,' Wang Lin thought.

"In that case, would you honor me with a bout?" Mok said with a sarcastic smile.

"I've also dabbled in martial arts and would love to spar with the great Doctor Wang."

"No problem. While we have some time, let me give you a few pointers," Wang Lin said.

"Mr. Wang, the space here is limited, and we must treat my son soon. Maybe we should skip this," Hong Lin suggested, fearing that Mok might injure Wang Lin, preventing him from treating Hong Tao.

"It's fine. Just step back a little. One hand will suffice to deal with him," Wang Lin assured.

The moment Wang Lin spoke, Mok's face flushed with anger.

"Don't get too cocky, kid! I'm ranked 80th among the martial artists in the entire Leopard Nation!"

"One move," Wang Lin said calmly, extending a finger.

"One move is all it takes to deal with you."

Mok roared in a fury, feeling insulted like never before. In his homeland, he was hailed as a genius, boasting an A-level ranking at only 38 years old.

Now, he was being dismissed by a young nobody. He couldn't bear it.

"Die!" Mok shouted, charging at Wang Lin, his right fist aimed squarely at Wang Lin's abdomen with unmatched force.

Wang Lin, however, stood still, unfazed. Just as the fist was about to make contact, he calmly extended his right hand and effortlessly grabbed Mok's wrist. With a slight squeeze, a cracking sound followed—Wang Lin had crushed Mok's wrist bone.

"Ah!" Mok's scream of agony filled the room as he clutched his broken wrist and rolled around on the floor in pain.

After examining Mok's injury, Owen angrily shouts,

"Kid, you've done it now! You've crippled Mr. Mok!"

"You're in big trouble! The martial arts community in Leopard Nation won't let this go!"

"Neither will Team Sal!"

"You, your family, and your friends should all brace yourselves for the most relentless revenge!" Owen's furious roar echoed throughout the entire floor.
